Bloor -
Yonge Program (Winter)
From September through June, our wheelchair-accessible
location at 117 Bloor St. E. is the setting for a variety of educational programs including
exercise, crafts, painting and drawing offered through the Toronto Board of
Education. In addition, each Tuesday we offer an all day club called Triple S
for frail seniors and on thursdays we provide the Circle of Friends program.
Sundays during the long cold winter programs including entertainment and
refreshments are held. Although these programs are non-demoninational, we are
able to offer programs at this location thanks to the generosity of
St. Andrew's United Church.
A series of special event luncheons throughout the year bring
both volunteers and participants together for mutual support. Please see our Events Calendar for dates.
