Mission Statement

The mission of Sunshine Centres for Seniors is to seek out isolated seniors who because of age, disability, poverty, family and/or community disintegration are “at risk” for depression and need to be connected to a supportive community.

Mandate

Sunshine Centres for Seniors provides social, recreational, and health programs for frail and active seniors, providing stimulation and enjoyment while encouraging mutual support. All programs are designed to enhance physical, cognitive, emotional well- being and thereby support independent living. We encourage friendship and sharing of life experiences.
